County Lofts were excellent from start to finish. The works were explained in detail, including all the building regulations, in advance along with all the options about fittings and finishes. I was given a fixed price and schedule for the works. The team on site led by Lee were superb with the job being completely finished ahead of schedule for the agreed fixed price. As well as a very professional job the team on site were very friendly and did a great job of keeping everything as clean and tidy as possible. I have already recommended County Lofts to family and neighbours.

We approached a number of companies to provide quotes for a loft conversion and Dan impressed us from the initial visit. He was extremely thorough and once the quote was received, we saw it was very competitive. From Day 1 when Aaron and Lee came on site, we could not fault them. They were both fantastic and went over and above what we could have ever asked of them. Their sole objective was making sure we were happy at every stage of the project. Everything was explained in plain English so we understood what was happening at all times. They felt like part of the family before long and we missed them when they left! As always with any large project there were a few things that didn’t go quite to plan but Dan and Steph were always available and ensured the issues were resolved quickly. my wife and i couldn’t be more pleased with the loft conversion that county lofts done for us.the guys arrived very early and where fantastic throughout the build,they solved problems that arose and made good suggestion to us both to give us a fantastic loft.we now have 2 fantastic bedrooms and a lovely shower room for our 2 boys who are over the moon with their own bedrooms.would definitely recommend them.

County Lofts impressed us from the first visit. The concept of the loft extension as it was explained to us matched exactly what we wanted to achieve, a new master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. In execution of the project County Lofts got the fundamentals spot on – on time and on budget. The on-site build team were a pleasure to have around, self-sufficient, organized, tidy and hard working. Work kept going without interruption, and supplies, trades people and so on arrived on schedule preventing any undue delay. Overall, we are delighted with the results.
Very Impressive Building Company!!!!Having recently just had our Loft Installed by County Lofts, we cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was so slipstreamed and seamless (for what is quite an intrusive piece of work) and County Lofts made sure they could accommodate our needs wherever possible.As a company owner who travels a lot and rarely at home it was important for me to find a company who were reliable and trustworthy. County Lofts provided this more than I could have imagined. From viewing examples of their work to regular contact while away on business, the build moved so fast it was astonishing to see the construction go up so quickly. We have had really positive comments from neighbours about how nice the loft looks but also how courteous the builders were when moving around the vicinity which is something you don’t get with every firm.Special thanks go to Steph/Dan who project managed the install flawlessly and Dave and his team on site who were so courteous and respectful of our home and new cat (who was not allowed out therefore posed challenges!)I cannot sing their praises highly enough and would strongly suggest that if you are looking for a loft conversion that you end your search with County Lofts!Having been so impressed we have engaged with County Lofts for further works.LeeDA7
Love our new Master bedroom and Bathroom. We are over the moon with the entire build from meeting George to Alan painting last bits and bobs. All questions answered, workers who care, couldn’t ask for more than that. Please use us as reference

After 6 weeks our Loft is finished. We were happy with the workers who were on our project. David and Gary were very informative and kept us up to speed the whole time. one or two slight miss comms about a socket position but that was easily overcome by Dave before it was any issue. The whole project was overseen by Dan on visits twice a week to keep everything organised. Thank you very happy.
We recently had our loft conversion carried out by County Lofts and both my wife and I found the service and workman ship excellent. We used Dan and County Lofts and they finished up last week, slightly over the estimated time however had some bad weather so we went over by 4 days which Im very happy with considering. We have recently had our loft converted by County Lofts. From start to finish we have been really impressed by the way County lofts have dealt with us. From the initial meeting with Lee who talked us through in depth about how the loft conversion would be constructed, time scales, planning and building control etc put our minds at ease straightaway.Once works started we met with Dave & Adam to go through the details. They were both very professional, polite and worked to a very high standard. I can honestly say we had no issues and it was pretty stress free, Steph in the office was always informing us about the project and checking to see if we were happy, which we were. We went with County Lofts because we wanted a reliable company who were a safe pair of hands that we could trust. We weren’t disappointed. We had previously put off having a loft conversion done due to concerns for the disruption it would entail, but County Lofts assured us that they would keep the disturbance to minimum and they were as good as their word. I am very pleased with my loft conversion created by county lofts. I had 3 companies quote for me. County Lofts we not the cheapest. However I was very impressed by the information and clear knowledge that the representative gave me at our first meeting. After viewing 2 projects I went ahead with their proposal. The workers came and went and did a very good job. Extra small nooks of space were created from the input of the team we had (things I didn’t know were possible). I was very impressed with County Lofts: from our initial meeting with Dan and his builders, to completion of the loft conversion. I had a specific remit in mind and wanted to maximise the loft to its optimum and also replicate the original 1930’s features and blend them in with contemporary fixtures.Dan and the builders involved me in every aspect of the loft conversion – from conception, to design and to realising the final space. They went along with all my ideas, which were particular, as I knew exactly what I wanted and how it should look. The team worked closely with me to achieve this with a spectacular result!Dan and the builders understood I did not want a conventional hip to gable loft and they succeeded in replicating the apex at the front of the house and cladded it in roof tiles. This makes the side of the loft a striking feature. A talented member of the team also made and installed floating shelves to utilise a space that would have otherwise been plasterboarded over. It was a pleasure working with Dan and his extraordinary team of builders as I learned so much from them! I would highly recommend County Lofts (and have) as they are professional, quick and dedicated to their work. With their help and expertise we have gained a valuable addition to our loft!
From start to completion Dan and his team made our loft into a dream bedroom for our little princess. Eric the plasterer was such a character and my little girl was so sad to see him go !!! Once again thanks again to County Lofts.
County Lofts recently completed both mine and my neighbours loft conversions in North London as one project. The whole job was a real pleasure. Im sure I speak for neighbour on this also. They sent in 2 seperate teams, 1 for each loft. OK it took 5 weeks instead of the 4 weeks the rep quoted but that said they did do alterations for us as we changed our minds on a couple of points along the way. Special thanks to our team leader Sam Dee who really did go above and beyond. By the way Sam! The kids are missing you and your jokes. We found the company to be very professional from start to finish. Starting with the sales side through to all the trades. Everything was made out clearly They were very informative throughout the build and would often call to make sure we were happy with all works and progress. All trades plumbers and electricians were helpful. We would strongly recommend County Lofts They also were very clean and tidy and pleasant around our children
